The Company announced that the agreement closely tracks with its settlement offer provided to the union in November 2005, with certain exceptions. The new tentative agreement provides for additional increases in compensation above those set forth in the November settlement offer, which includes an estimated $600,000 in 2006 for increases in beginning base compensation and certain overtime pay.
