RF Ministry of Transport: No Restrictions for Private Rolling-Stock Transportation

In his words, the Ministry of Transport is now developing two decrees, which will have been approved by April 1. According to the first decree, the restrictions concerning private wagons transportation as well as the types of freight carried by universal wagons will be removed.
